We sincerely hope you and your family continue to stay well and safe during this challenging time. If you missed your appointment due to the temporary closure, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
The health and safety of our patients and staff are of the highest priority. We are limiting the number of appointments to 1-2 patients at a time in order to keep our office’s capacity very low. If you have very specific times you are able to visit, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
In addition to the universal precautions we always take, we will be implementing extra measures for your protection. We ask for your cooperation by adhering to the following guidelines when attending your appointment:
- Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call or text to check-in. We will alert you when the patient’s chair is ready.
- Please have the patient enter our office alone. If you need to accompany the patient into the office, only one parent/guardian is allowed to enter and must be wearing a face mask.
- The toothbrush station and bathroom will be temporarily closed until further notice. Please have the patient brush his/her teeth and go to the bathroom before arriving to the office.
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, or if anyone in the family has been in contact with someone known or suspected to have COVID-19, we require to reschedule your appointment.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and flexibility. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
